Joya Sengupta 

Executive Director, Education Support Services 

Joya’s deep passion for the FAS mission, service mindset, and organizational leadership helped reshape ESS into its current form. She began her career in IT and strategic consulting, served as the IT PMO Director at the Commonwealth of MA’s Executive Office of Administration and Finance and spent a year as the Interim CIO of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM). At Harvard, she started on the Enterprise PMO team, leading large complex projects for Central Administration, before joining the FAS. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering. Contact her at joya_sengupta@harvard.edu

Mary DiSalvo, Ph.D. 

Associate Director of the Language Center 

Mary DiSalvo began working at the Language Center in the fall of 2019 in a support role. She is currently leading everyday operations and strategic planning for the LC. Senior Director for Teaching & Learning Support, ESS 

Dr. Ross leads the team of ESS technical staff and managers responsible for enabling the use of audiovisual equipment in the classroom instruction service.  He is strongly committed to successful outcomes for students and to the development of stakeholder skills that enhance teaching and learning within the FAS.  He has an extensive background in developing and leading instructional centers at a number of institutions, both public and private. Contact him at andrew_ross@fas.harvard.edu

Jeoff Tardif

Director, Integrated Audiovisual Services, ESS

Jeoff Tardif has been working over 25 years in the AV, IT, program and project management fields. He has professional expertise creating and developing Project Management Offices (PMO), global and national program and project management, account, client, employee and operational management, as well as training, coaching and mentoring. His role is to support clients by implementing easy to build, easy to use, and easy to support audiovisual systems across the FAS with a strong focus on excellent customer service. Ahmednur (Oz) Osman  

Director, Event and Media Production, ESS 

Oz Osman leads Event and Media Production team responsible for live event production and creative media.  Oz has over 20 years of experience in the Pro-AV and broadcasting industry. Tanya Washburn Headshot

Tanya Washburn   

Manager, Assistive Technology Center 

Tanya Washburn joined the ATC in 2005, has been a supervisor since 2008 and became the manager in 2022. In the time she has been here the lab has more than doubled in size, and expanded the services offered to students. Tanya has presented at Accessing Higher Ground in Boulder about “Supporting Languages You Don’t Speak” about creating electronic text and Braille for students here at Harvard.
